Autofabrikant Nissan zet Saba Learning Suite in om de prestaties en arbeidssatisfactie van meer dan 15.000 medewerkers te vergroten. De personeelsleden krijgen toegang tot Engelstalige en Japanse leerstof.
Het persbericht van Saba laat ook de HR assistant manager van Nissan aan het woord:
"Prior to our Saba implementation, Nissan’s training and learning content was disseminated by disparate means including brochures, e-mails and internal Web sites. This created a costly and time consuming logistical challenge for our training team" . (…) Saba, all our information is located in a single, efficient employee self-service portal. This ensures that all Nissan employees, regardless of their geographic location, have access to a common base of knowledge and learning opportunities."
